Fees

A positive outcome is invaluable!

Costs vary depending on the nature and complexity of your case. We make it our practice to quote a specific price to our clients during our initial consultation. We do require a retainer to begin work.

You can expect to pay for the following:

* Attorneys fees
* Court fees and filing costs
* Transcript fees and court reporter costs

 Most of these fees are fixed. During our initial consultation with you we will be able to itemize most costs to eliminate any surprises. If additional expenses become necessary, for example your case may benefit from the expertise of an investigator, those costs will be discussed in advance as well.
